Having a hard time finding some sweet stocks that will help you turn your soda into a soda factory? Here are ten stocks that have tickled my fancy lately:
- Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (GMCR): have you ever heard of the mighty K-Cup (Keurig Single Cup Coffee Brewer)? Well, chances are if you don’t already own one, you will soon enough. Massive growth, excellent fundamentals (albeit a little bit too much debt than I would like), even better product, overall an excellent company. Check it out.

The Mighty K-Cup
- Simcere Pharmaceuticals (SCR): a small pharmaceutical company in China trading near its 52-week high of $9.18 (from $4.76). Income and revenue has been growing steadily although the company has a significant amount of debt.
- Neogen Corp (NEOG): produces a line of products for food and animal safety, fell over 30% today (from $36 to $24) due to underwhelming quarterly results despite having good fundamentals – definitely oversold as a result of idiot investor irrationality.
- VisionChina Media (VISN): one of my favorite Chinese companies, this is a small media company in China which is bound to become a major player in the epic growth story known as China.
- Goldman Sachs (GS): sooner or later I suspect Goldman Sachs will buy out the entire United States (Alabama excluded) and turn the Whitehouse into the Goldhouse and replace the lighting fixtures with little golden sacks. People say the safest investment you can get is gold, I say it is Goldman Sachs – just don’t expect this thing to make you three digit returns!

The future is shiny
Remember, these are just some stocks that I’ve been looking out for lately and is by no means a recommendation to buy or sell. If you’re having a hard time finding your own stocks, check out this very handy article. Once you find your stocks it might also help to know if the company is actually worth investing into, which is where reading an income statement comes in. And finally, once you are ready to get yourself some dandy stocks, you’re going to choose an online brokerage.
Now go make some money you grubby little mongrels!
